With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our dear brother, friend, and son Winston Gerald Steed on March 30, 2025.
Born in Hildale, Utah on December 17th 1995. Winston was the beloved son of Charles Steed and Lorilee Black. A skilled journeyman electrician, he dedicated his work to the family business, where he specialized in residential, commercial and industrial projects. Whether on a job site or out in the desert on his dirt bike, Winston lived with quiet strength and an open heart.
Gentle and shy by nature, Winston had a soul that sought to lift others. He was the kind of man who made sure those around him were cared for—often showing up with groceries or a warm meal for his parents and siblings, just to make sure no one went without. His thoughtfulness and kindness left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.
He loved off-roading and riding dirt bikes, finding joy and freedom in the outdoors. But above all, Winston loved his family and lived a life full of compassion, humility, and quiet generosity.
He is survived by his parents, Charles Steed and Lorilee Black and 9 siblings.
Services to honor Winston’s life will be held on Sunday, April 13, 2025.
