Beloved daughter, sister, aunt & animal mom.  Animal, nature, adventure and travel lover.  Professional chef who loved creating and teaching her love of food. Creator/owner of Cafe Soleil in Springdale, UT and mother figure to all her girls at the cafe.  She said Zion was the most beautiful place she had ever seen.  She is entering into her new spiritual journey.  She was loved by many and will be dearly missed.
