Sarah Renck

Sarah Gay Coleman Renck died on January 1, 2023 of causes incident to age in St. George Utah.

 

Gay was born in March 20, 1933 in Boulder Utah, the 10th child of 14 to Parley Franklin Coleman and Esther Peterson Coleman. She was raised in Boulder and attended schools in Escalante Utah. 

 

Gay met the love of her life Tommy Ronald Renck while living in Salt Lake City. They were married on July 16, 1952 in Boulder Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the St, George LDS temple. Tommy and Gay spent their married life in Colorado Springs Colorado and Santa Clara Utah.

 

Gay was a lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints

 

Gay was preceded in death by her beloved husband Tommy, a grandson Christopher Hanson-Renck, her parents, 10 siblings. She is survived by her son Paul Renck ( Beth Hanson-Renck) of Greeley, CO, daughter Becky Nicholls ( Scott) of Bountiful, UT Grandchildren: Sarah (Stuart) Reeder of Farmington, UT, Seth Hanson-Renck ( Carrie) of Aurora, CO, Coleman ( Joyce Provard) Nicholls of Portland, OR, Leah ( Chris) Jacobson of Kaysville, UT, Cannon ( Kailey) Nicholls of Cameron, NC

Great grandchildren: Lucas and Cash Renck, Hannah and Abigail Reeder, Rosemary and Tommy Nicholls

 

Graveside services will be Friday January 6, 2023 at 1:00 pm at  the Santa Clara cemetery where she will be buried.

 

Paul and Becky would especially like to thank all of her many friends and neighbors for their living support and kindness shown to Gay over the years.
