Richard Lynn Hughes

Richard Lynn Hughes passed away on January 28, 2015 at the Kindred Nursing Home, after a long battle with complications from Diabetes.  He was born in St. George, Utah on October 20, 1960 to Robert and Shirley Hughes.  He married Rachael Harper and they had twins, Justin and Josslyn.   

He was a master mason and did beautiful work bricking houses, fireplaces, rock walk ways and just about anything that could be done with brick or rocks.  He loved his work but had to retire 10 years ago due to his health problems.  

Preceded in death by his wife, son, daughter, father and mother, sister Lori and brother Kelly.

 Survived by his sister Shirlene, sister Sandra, brother Robert, nieces Kenalee Mattingley and Tawni Gubler and nephew Jason Gubler. 

Richard will be cremated.  A life celebration for immediate family will be held in Zion National Park where he loved to be.   

The family would like to express their thankfulness for the employees at Kindred and the Dialysis center that took such good care of Richard.
