Born on May 5,1953, in Ukiah, California, Denise grew up in Willits, California before embarking on a life dedicated to caring for others. She found her calling as a nurse and cared for the elderly as well as infants in the mother-baby unit at St. Lukes hospital in Boise, Idaho. Her nurturing spirit touched lives, offering comfort, healing, and reassurance to those in her care.
Denise spent much of her adult life in Boise, Idaho, married to David Frost, with whom she shared 30 years of marriage and raised their two children before eventually settling in St. George, Utah. Denise was known for her genuine love for others, and her wish to be loved in return.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Clayton Perkins; her two children Talia Sierra and Shane Frost from her previous marriage to David; her two sisters, Kathy Badger and LuAnne Collier; and her four cherished grandchildren, Kaia and Karter Sierra, and Ryli and Kolten Frost. Her family was her greatest pride and joy, and her love for them was unwavering.
