Katy Mae Fife

Katy Mae Fife passed away on February 21, 2023 in the St. George Regional Hospital.

She was born August 11, 1959, a daughter of Mae Rosita Madson and Danny Kee Madson. She married Edwin Guy Fife on August 17, 1981 in Logan, Utah. She loved to sew and fell in love with quilting. Her pastime was mostly sitting in bingo with her bag of dobbers, of which she had all the colors. Katy was all about her family and the ones that surrounded her showed her the love she had for them. Her heart was big when it came to her grandkids. You wouldn't see her without her sidekick ‘Tina,' she took in her kids like they were her own grandkids as well.

Katy is survived by her husband Edwin Guy Fife of Panguitch, Utah; two sons Tyler Danny Fife of Panguitch Utah; Jiles and Kenna Fife of Panguitch, Utah. 3 grandchildren Zoie, Lyric and Chevie Fife of Panguitch, Utah; her brother, Curtis Lee Madson of Panguitch, Utah, her sister-in-law, her nieces and nephews; Lacy L, Letitia B, LaShaunda L, Shaquille D, Gabby S. and Lakkin C, her brother Irvin Lee Madson of Panguitch, Utah, and sister-in-law Stacy Clark Madson of Panguitch, Utah. Her nephews and nieces Jeremy R, Tiffany M, Felicia A, and Hunter L, sister Cynthia Mae Hopkins of St. George, Utah, brother-in-law Bryan Lane Hopkins of St. George, Utah; her nieces and nephews Bobbie J, Micheal T, Logan C, her sister Viola Mae Jones of St. George, Utah, brother-in-law Vince S. Jones of St. George, Utah, and her nieces Sadie M. And Hailey M.

She is preceded in death by her mother Mae Rosita Madson, father Danny Kee Madson, and Sister-In-Law Stella G Madson.

Katy will be have a Celebration of Life at the Panguitch Utah Stake Center on March 4th 2023 at 2:00PM in the primary room followed by a dinner at the church. Address is 550 S 100 W, Panguitch UT.
