Jared Wain Langford

Jared Wain Langford, age 68 of Cedar City, Utah, died peacefully at home from cancer on March 27, 2024 at 1:44 p.m. 

He was born in St. George, Utah on June 25,1955 to Melvin Lavon Langford and Madge Doretta Bundy Langford. He was the first son of 10 children.  He was a sweet and gentle natured boy. He was loved by many. Jared attended and graduated at Enterprise High School.  Jared owned his own trucking company and was a heavy equipment mechanic. 

Jared was preceded in death by his baby sister Lariette, father Melvin , sister Lorraine, and mother Madge. 

Jared’s surviving family is his wife, Stepheni Rinehard Langford,  his daughters  Nicole Rider, Hannah Baldwin, Megan Kolb, and Tallie Langford.  His sons Ryan, Stephen, Sean, and Dane Langford, and 18 grandchildren, of Cedar City, UT.  Five sisters Sandra Westring of Nephi , Rachel Scott of St. George, Marilyn Goldtooth of Cedar City,  Marsha Morwood of St. George and Kim Langford of St. George, UT.  Jared’s 2 brothers Orlando Langford of Las Vegas, NV and Travis Langford of West Jordan, UT and many nieces and nephews.
