Gary Paul Stroud

Gary Paul Stroud passed away Monday, September 25, 2023 from a coronary episode.

He was born June 25, 1958 in Fort Worth, TX to Paul Stroud and Norma Wolcott Stroud.

Gary was raised in Arizona. He graduated from Flowing Wells High School in Tucson. As an adult, he made plans every evening for the next day. He lived out his dream of moving to Bayfield, Colorado and built his own house. He was a gifted woodworker and musician. He played guitar and served in music ministry at church.

He married Jane Wagoner Stroud, April 22, 2017 in St George, UT.

For the past 18 years Gary has been employed as a professional long haul flat bed truck driver. He truly lived an exciting life. He loved the outdoors and was not often seen without a smile.

He loved our Lord Jesus Christ and witnessed of salvation through Him to many people. Gary will be missed but we know he is with our Lord.

Gary is survived by his wife, Jane Stroud in Washington, UT, two step sons James Andrews (Kristen) of Independence, MO and Jonathan Andrews of Kansas City, KS and their children Madeline and Kaedyn, also his step sister Killarney Martinez (Joe) of New Mexico.

He is preceded in death by his mother and father.

The memorial service will be 11am October 19, 2023
