Ernestine "Tina" Mansfield

Ernestine (Tina) Mansfield of St. George, Utah passed away May 22, 2016.  She was born in New Mexico to William Robert Harper and Effie Morgan Harper on November 22, 1928.  Tina married Kenneth Eugene Mansfield on November 14, 1942.  She was preceded in death by her husband of almost 65 years, her parents and siblings.  She is survived by her daughter, Paula Islas (Richard), son, Jack Mansfield (Judy), grandchildren, Daniel Weaver (Charlotte), Richard Islas Jr. (Rita), Jessica Blevins (Brian), Leo Islas (Crystal), Sarah Foster, Simone Mansfield, Timothy Mansfield (Jessica) and many great-grandchildren and beloved family members.  Tina loved cooking for and entertaining her family and friends and could tell a joke with the best of them.  She spent many happy years making friends in Western Colorado, Southern California, and Northeastern Utah.  Tina will be laid to rest next to her husband at the Veterans National Cemetery in Grand Junction, Colorado.
