Donald Rickey Hall, 63 of St. George, Utah returned to his Heavenly Father on Friday, November 2, 2018. He was born December 10, 1955 in Dearborn, Michigan to Randolph and Vadys Hall. He married the love of his life, Lana Joyce Johnson, September 2, 1983.
He loved growing up in Michigan and bled blue for his Michigan football. He attended some college and found himself settled in Southern California where he enjoyed the beach, bonfires, and grunion running. He loved his wife and children. Alfred and Antonia were truly a joy and a privilege to raise. He worked as a Baker the majority of his adult life and spoiled his family and friends with amazing treats and baked goods. He was famous for his banana fried pies and southern biscuits.
He is preceded in death by his wife Lana and his parents Randolph and Vadys Hall. He is survived by his son Alfred and his daughter Antonia and his Grandchildren Joseph, Bella, Serenity, and Rickey Amato; Conlan, Logan, Preston and Emalyn Leavitt.
He loved southern Utah. He loved spending his retirement years volunteering with the American legion and Switchpoint.
There will be a viewing on Wednesday, November 7th from 11:00 am to noon at Hughes Mortuary, 1037 East 700 South, St. George, Utah with a graveside service following at 12:30 at Tonaquint Cemetery.
