Cyril Henry Noble

Cyril Henry Noble, age 85, of St. George, Utah passed away peacefully in his home January 19, 2025. He was born January 20 th 1939 in Rochford, Essex, England.

Cyril’s career spanned continents and industries. He began as a general mechanical fitter in the aircraft industry in England before moving to Canada and later the United States to work in the aerospace sector. He retired after contributing to joint programs for Boeing and the Aerospace Machinists Industrial District Lodge 751. Cyril was immensely proud to become an American citizen and demonstrated his dedication to public service by serving as the Washington County Democratic Party Chairman.

A man of deep faith and community involvement, Cyril was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He also actively participated in the St. George Dixie Elks Lodge, the St. George Lions Club, and the St. George Toastmasters Club. Cyril will be remembered for his kindness, patriotism, and commitment to service.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Karen Wilson; his siblings James Noble and David Noble; his daughter Sally Noble and her daughters Samantha, Tiffany, and Stephanie; Frank Lefrandt's wife Joye Lefrandt and their children Curtis, Nanette, Jason, Travis, and Natalie; and Harold Lefrandt's wife Diane Lefrandt-Nelson and their children Jonathan, Jeanette, Matthew, Scott, Lauren, Katherine, and Abbie; Stepsons Richard Lefrandt and Robert Lefrandt.

Cyril was preceded in death by his parents, Henry Francis Noble and Lilian Maud Mary Noble; his brother, Robert Noble; his wife, Pieternella Slop Lefrandt-Noble; his son, Spencer Forbes Noble; and his step-sons Harold Lefrandt, and Frank Lefrandt.

Funeral services will be Friday, January 24, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- day Saints located at 1762 S. River Rd, St. George, UT Viewing will be at 9:30 that morning. Interment will take place that day at 12:30 at the Tonaquint Cemetery, 1777 S. Dixie Dr., St. George.
