Ivins, UT - Braden Russell Ericksen, 42, passed away on Tuesday, April 2024. He was born January 5, 1982 in Logan, UT to Myrna Johnson Parry and Boyd Ericksen.

Braden enjoyed many hobbies including reloading, shooting, and fishing. He was a talented woodworker and built many items including his own bedroom furniture. He loved trucks, transformers, the Super Bowl, and sharing his hobbies with friends and family. Braden was a veteran and served in the United States Army National Guard. He saw active duty during Operation Iraqi Freedom with the 2-222 Field Artillery Battalion. He was a very loyal father, son, and brother who loved to give gifts and make people laugh with his jokes or Chris Farley impressions.

He is survived by his children Adelyn Ericksen and Kyler Ericksen (St. George, UT); parents, Myrna Parry, Boyd Ericksen (Connie); and siblings Trina Bills (Kevin,) Nanci Wilding (Dennis,) Todd Ericksen (Lynda,) Brad Ericksen (Jen,) Shane Ericksen (Emily,) Wendi Smith (Justin,)
Stefan Ericksen (Jamie,) and Spencer Ericksen. He is preceded in death by his brother Russell Ericksen and step-father Earl Parry.

Funeral services will be Monday, May 6th at 11:00am at the Winchester Hills chapel 5338 N Winchester Drive St. George, UT 84770. Visiting will begin at 10:00am. Interment will take place in the Ivins Cemetery.
