Arthur Michael Squassabia, age 30, of Saint George, Utah passed away on Monday the 28th of February 2022. He was born April 5th 1991 at Saint Anthony's Hospital in Denver, Colorado.
Arthur lived his first 3 years in Tennessee where his younger brother Matthew was born. The family then moved to Fort Collins, Colorado where Arthur matriculated at Liberty Commons Elementary, Zach Elementary, Preston Junior High and graduated from Fossil Ridge High School. Arthur was an Eagle Scout. At FRHS he participated in Knowledge Bowl, played varsity football and viola. Arthur also enjoyed snow skiing, video and card games, and hiking. He served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints from January 2011-January 2013 in the Mexico City Northwest Mission.
Arthur was a veteran of the US Navy, graduating Nuclear Propulsion School and then serving aboard the Boise submarine. Arthur earned a Bachelor of Science degree from BYU-Idaho and was continuing his education at Dixie University in Saint George, Utah, at the time of his passing. Arthur is survived by his parents Alberto and Maryann (Nee Donnelly) Squassabia and by his brother Matthew who is married to Naomi (Nee Weaver) Squassabia.
